Enrollment Counselor

Job Summary

Working remotely as part of the Marketing and Enrollment Team, the full-time Enrollment Counselor will guide prospective students and their families through the enrollment process, utilizing a consultative approach to support successful enrollment and achieve growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students and families through outreach, managing the full enrollment funnel from inquiry to first day
• Follow up with prospective students to maintain momentum, addressing barriers and providing resources for successful enrollment
• Represent the organization professionally, promoting the mission and supporting broader enrollment team objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sales, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, call centers, or similar enrollment roles
• Bilingual in Spanish-English preferred
• Experience with CRM or telemarketing software preferred
• Must pass state and federal background checks and be authorized to work in the United States
