Enrollment Counselor

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for prospective students, the full-time remote Enrollment Counselor will utilize a consultative sales framework to guide individuals through their educational goals and the enrollment process while collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless transition to academic advising.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized guidance to prospective students, converting inquiries into applicants and class starts
• Collaborate with admissions, financial aid, and academic departments to enhance the enrollment experience
• Utilize consultative coaching principles to clarify goals and address student needs effectively

Required qualifications

• Considerable experience with PC-related software and information systems, including CRM systems
• Some experience in student services within a higher education setting
• Familiarity with consultative coaching principles and customer service practices
• Experience providing basic curriculum guidance to college students is preferred
• Knowledge of college student services principles and practices is a plus
