Enrollment Counselor
Job Summary
Guiding prospective adult students through the admissions process, the full-time remote Enrollment Counselor will utilize sales techniques and relationship-building skills to achieve enrollment goals while working in a team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Apply marketing and inside sales techniques to attract students to Christian online higher education
- Articulate how CCU aligns with prospective students' educational goals and needs
- Regularly measure and report on student recruiting activities to leadership
Required qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in college/university admissions, sales, or related fields
- Ability to work daily from 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Mountain Time, including a Saturday shift on a 6-week rotation
- Proven ability to achieve enrollment goals and experience with inbound/outbound tele-sales preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and admissions software
