Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for prospective students, the remote Enrollment Counselor will utilize a consultative sales framework to guide individuals through their educational goals and the enrollment process, ensuring a supportive experience from inquiry to class start.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized guidance to prospective students, helping them navigate the enrollment funnel
• Collaborate with admissions, financial aid, and academic departments to ensure a seamless enrollment experience
• Drive performance outcomes by converting inquiries to applicants and confirmations to class starts

Required qualifications

• Some knowledge of consultative coaching principles and active listening techniques
• Understanding of privacy and accuracy in handling student information
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to deliver timely and accurate information
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and build rapport with prospects and students
