Enrollment Counselor for International Students

Job Summary

Driving student enrollment, the full-time remote Enrollment Counselor for International Students will engage with prospective international students, guiding them through the admissions process and providing support with F1 student visa requirements to achieve enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the enrollment pipeline by proactively engaging with prospective students and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Complete assessments of international student applications and advise on admission requirements and federal visa policies
• Track and analyze international student records and onboarding progress, assisting in the creation of enrollment reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Four years of experience in higher education preferred
• Experience with CRM systems; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
