Enrollment Counselor Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with students via telephone and email to guide them through the enrollment process
• Educate students on program offerings and enrollment requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a streamlined enrollment process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with equivalent work experience
• Experience with distance education and distance learning students preferred
• Must work set schedule with hours that may include evenings and weekends
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and managing high volumes of phone calls and emails
• Experience in a call center environment preferred
