Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Eligibility Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding enrollment applications and account inquiries
• Process applications for enrollment and respond to customer questions via Live Chat
• Troubleshoot customer issues according to established policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED or equivalent experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of call center experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility in shift scheduling
