Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Lead Provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain department workflows, processes, policies, and systems
• Oversee provider enrollment processes and database maintenance
• Assist in training new staff and resolving problems in provider enrollment processes

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree preferred or 2 years of managerial experience in healthcare
• Working knowledge of Provider Enrollment process and industry-specific software
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and BSBC credentialing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internet resources
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
