Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Manager responsible for driving enrollment growth and maximizing occupancy levels for childcare centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with families to provide a high-quality enrollment experience and manage a pipeline of prospective families
• Exceed enrollment goals while maintaining strong relationships with parents and center operators
• Advocate for solutions to improve the enrollment process and coordinate with Enrollment Support Specialists

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, support, or sales
• 2+ years of experience in sales preferred
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize projects effectively
• Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
