Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Enrollment responsible for overseeing the enrollment processes and managing the enrollment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, processing, and maintenance of member enrollment records and related staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain relationships with health plan departments
• Conduct data analysis for accuracy and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of enrollment-related experience in a Managed Care or Medicare setting
• Strong knowledge of enrollment state and federal regulatory requirements
• Experience with data management systems, specifically QNXT
• Ability to manage and mentor staff effectively
