Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support for Enrollment Counselors through regular communications
• Ensure Enrollment Counselors have meaningful conversations with prospects and provide necessary feedback
• Conduct performance evaluations and support team members' professional development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of related experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience
• Experience leading change
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills
