• Manage the onboarding process, including incoming communications and medical records requests
• Lead team development by providing performance feedback and conducting regular evaluations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of patient enrollment processes and medical practice operations
• Proficient in data analysis and comfortable with IT systems and electronic health records
• Experience in driving process improvement initiatives and managing escalated patient issues
• Experience in a telemedicine or virtual care environment is a strong plus
