• Lead and supervise Enrollment Advisors to achieve enrollment goals through strategic direction and personalized advising
• Coach and develop team members by providing targeted training and ongoing feedback to support professional growth
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and monitor adherence to policies across team processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of admissions experience
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to travel to support university partners and initiatives as needed
