Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Manager to lead and develop a team of Enrollment Specialists while managing a personal caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead team performance to achieve enrollment targets and improve conversion rates
• Provide coaching and development to team members through regular evaluations and feedback
• Maintain a limited personal enrollment caseload to model best practices and handle complex cases

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in enrollment, admissions, inside sales, or member engagement
• Prior leadership or team lead experience
• Proven track record of improving conversion or team performance
• Experience in metric-driven environments
• Healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
