Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

To ensure the Enrollment team meets revenue and enrollment objectives, the full-time remote Enrollment Manager will oversee the enrollment process, mentor staff, and enhance operational efficiency while generating student enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and exceed enrollment and revenue targets while ensuring adherence to the enrollment process
• Hire, mentor, and lead a team of Enrollment Representatives, conducting performance assessments and reviews
• Collaborate with department leaders to improve enrollment processes and enhance the student experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 4+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in education
• Minimum of 3 years management experience preferred
• 3+ years of sales and/or management experience in an inside sales environment
• Proficiency with technology and problem-solving skills related to customer issues
