Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

Managing enrollment strategies for a group of centers, the full-time remote Enrollment Manager will oversee the pipeline of registered families, secure enrollment offers six months in advance, and maintain communication with parents and center operators to achieve maximum occupancy levels.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically manage the enrollment pipeline and secure future registrations for multiple centers
• Provide ongoing support and communication to families from inquiry to enrollment, including engagement with waitlisted families
• Project future enrollment needs and collaborate with operations to plan transitions and staffing requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2-3 years of experience in enrollment strategies or sales strategies
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with management for complex situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
