Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of Pavilion's membership base, the full-time Enrollment Manager will manage a pipeline of prospective members, convert high-intent leads, and collaborate with local chapter heads, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and convert a pipeline of up to 100 prospective members, ensuring timely follow-ups and connections with local chapter heads
• Identify and prospect leads that align with Pavilion's ideal member profile, achieving monthly new member acquisition quotas
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM and provide insights on trends to improve member acquisition strategies

Required qualifications

• Experience in sales or membership enrollment, with a personable and empathetic approach
• Proficient in modern web platforms, including HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and G Suite
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on operations and process improvement
• Self-motivated and determined to develop a long-term career
• Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency considered a plus
