Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team dedicated to exceptional enrollment services, the full-time Manager, Enrollment will oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate across the organization to enhance member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Enrollment team, fostering engagement and accountability
• Manage enrollment operations, including workflow, quality assurance, and performance metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in health insurance Enrollment, or
• Associate's Degree with 8 years of experience in health insurance Enrollment, or
• High School Equivalency with 11 years of experience in health insurance Enrollment
• Minimum of three years of experience leading a unit within a health insurance environment
• Access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet for remote work
