Job Summary

Leading a team of enrollment specialists, the full-time Manager, Enrollment will oversee provider enrollment processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, ensuring applications are submitted accurately and efficiently in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of 51 enrollment specialists, focusing on government and commercial payer enrollment
• Conduct root-cause analysis on denied applications and implement process improvements to reduce denial rates
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Enrollment team and internal stakeholders, providing updates on enrollment status and challenges

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or payer relations, with exposure to both government and commercial payers
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a large operational team, including performance management and team development
• Experience with credentialing and enrollment databases such as CAQH and PECOS
