Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing center enrollment for a group of locations, the full-time remote Enrollment Manager will build and oversee a pipeline of registered families, secure enrollment offers, and provide ongoing support to parents and center operators to achieve maximum occupancy levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the pipeline of registrations and secure future enrollments while providing families with information on availability
• Strategically plan transitions 6-8 months in advance and collaborate with operations to address staffing needs
• Conduct monthly meetings with center teams to align on enrollment strategies and operational requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years of experience in enrollment or sales strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with management for complex situations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
