Enrollment Manager - Delaware

Job Summary

To support the enrollment strategy, the full-time remote Enrollment Manager - Delaware will lead the enrollment team, drive new referrals, and ensure a seamless enrollment process for participants and referring entities.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the enrollment team to provide high-quality service to self-directing individuals and referring entities
• Generates leads and cultivates relationships with case managers and support brokers to enhance referral bases
• Manages the enrollment process from initiation through processing, ensuring effective communication and support for all stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 3 years of related experience in enrollment or similar roles
• Proficient in Microsoft programs and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with critical thinking skills
• Experience in building relationships with diverse individuals and teams
