Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Manager for the US & Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert a pipeline of prospective members, following up with inbound leads and facilitating connections with local chapter heads
• Identify and prospect leads that align with the member criteria, ensuring they fit the company's values
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM and achieve monthly quotas for new member acquisition

Required Qualifications

• Must be personable and capable of warm communication with diverse individuals
• Proficient in modern web platforms such as HubSpot, Slack, and Zoom
• Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results within specified timeframes
• Operations-minded with strong time and task management skills
• Fluent English speaker; additional language fluency is a plus
