Enrollment Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting workflow coordination and operational organization, the full-time hourly Enrollment Operations Analyst will assist with managing enrollment-related systems, processes, and cross-functional initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support enrollment-related workflows and operational processes across departments
• Coordinate testing, validation, and readiness activities related to system updates and operational rollouts
• Maintain workflow diagrams, process guides, and operational documentation for ongoing initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of experience in supporting workflows, systems coordination, or project coordination
• Experience with workflow/project management tools, ticketing systems, or CRM platforms
