Enrollment Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To define, support, and execute transaction enrollment operations, the full-time remote Enrollment Operations Specialist will manage systems, automations, and communications to ensure a seamless enrollment experience for customers and their providers.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to and scale the day-to-day operation of the transaction enrollment program
• Establish and improve the enrollment playbook across thousands of payers to support a growing provider base
• Interface with customers, intermediary clearinghouses, and payers to get enrollments approved and enhance operational systems

Required qualifications

• Experience building operational processes and programs, with a focus on identifying and resolving system bottlenecks
• Technical background with a proficiency in building automations and workflows
• Experience in client-facing roles, such as consulting, support, or program management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Resourceful and self-motivated, demonstrating urgency and a proactive approach to problem-solving
