Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Enrollment Specialists to achieve performance goals
• Oversee team training, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements
• Ensure timely processing of new enrollments and resolution of escalations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma and three years of call center experience or equivalent education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain a professional home office environment
• Experience in a high call volume environment
• Ability to clear a background check
