Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance within the Enrollment & Eligibility job family
• Conduct audits by analyzing benefits, eligibility, or group data against policies and procedures
• Provide feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Working knowledge of OBH Facets such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Excel and Access
• Basic knowledge of theories and practices related to benefits or eligibility
