Enrollment Quality Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Oversight & Quality Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review plan provisions and apply relevant guidelines to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to enrollment processing and system applications
• Conduct performance audits and recommend process improvements to enhance compliance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (Required)
• Minimum of two (2) years of accounting/finance/bookkeeping or enrollment processing experience (Required)
• Associate's degree in accounting is preferred
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Health or insurance industry experience is a plus
