Enrollment Quality Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Enrollment Oversight and Quality Specialist, this remote position will manage complex enrollment scenarios, ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance customer satisfaction through technical support and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Review plan provisions and apply contractual, state, and federal guidelines to ensure compliance in enrollment scenarios
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to processing and software applications for assigned teams and partners
• Conduct performance audits to ensure transaction compliance and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or enrollment processing experience
• Associate's degree in accounting is preferred
• Previous customer service experience is desirable
• Experience in the health or insurance industry is a plus
