Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Representative to facilitate the recruitment of prospective degree students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultative service to prospective students via phone, email, and chat throughout the enrollment process
• Follow up with prospects to ensure timely progression through the enrollment process
• Develop program playbooks and communication scripts based on guidance from university partners

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with higher education institutions or nonprofit organizations
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with potential students
• Expertise in guiding students through the application and enrollment process
• Ability to work across multiple time zones
• Knowledge of current higher education trends and practices in the local market
