A company is looking for an Enrollment Representative to assist potential students with their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact and respond to inquiries from potential students regarding enrollment and degree options
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students
• Monitor student progress and participation during the enrollment process and first class

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a student-facing role in higher education
• Experience in a telemarketing sales role or customer service position with a sales component
• Contact or call center experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
