Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Representative who will assist potential students in achieving their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students through calls and other communication to discuss educational interests and provide program information
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process and address any potential obstacles for students
• Monitor student participation and progress during the enrollment process to ensure compliance with university policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a student-facing role in higher education
• Experience in telemarketing sales or customer service with a focus on selling or upselling
• Contact or call center experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
