Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Representative - HYBRID.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line contact via phone for parents, students, and other university constituents
• Handle phone inquiries for various university departments, providing excellent customer service and directing callers appropriately
• Maintain a basic understanding of major university offices to assist in directing inquiries effectively

Required Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience and a positive, outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Prior experience in a call center or higher education setting is preferred
• Must have own transportation for in-person training in Dedham, MA
• Experience with databases and office applications, such as Microsoft Office, is required
