Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

Connecting underserved individuals with Community Health Navigators, the full-time remote Enrollment Representative will perform outreach, complete enrollment documentation, and maintain accurate records while working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Outreach and consent potential members for the ECM program
• Accurately complete enrollment and eligibility documentation for consented individuals
• Maintain accurate records in the technology platform for all outreach attempts

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years' experience in a healthcare environment, social services, or community-based organizations is a plus
• Call center or other sales experience
• Availability to work a 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm shift
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
