Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

Providing support for member enrollment activities, the full-time Enrollment Representative will process and maintain health plan member records, resolve enrollment issues, and deliver customer service to plan members and providers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve member eligibility exceptions and enrollment file errors within required timeframes
• Process member coverage of eligibility (COB) to ensure accurate enrollment information
• Manage claims queue and assist with newborn enrollment functions, including verification and updates

Required qualifications

• Up to 1 year of experience in health care or customer/provider services, or equivalent education and experience
• Customer service experience
• Data processing and proofing experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
