Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Enrollment Representative will assist families with the application and enrollment processes for public and private schools, addressing inquiries about tuition, payment options, and guiding them through the enrollment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring family satisfaction and a positive enrollment experience
- Deliver clear guidance on policies and procedures while acting as the primary contact for families and internal departments
- Maintain compliance and quality performance through routine call monitoring and documentation, focusing on continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and relevant work experience, or a minimum of 2 years in a similar call center role
- Proficiency in web-based applications; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while assisting families
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience in customer service or sales with a proven record of achievement
