Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Enrollment Representative will assist families with the application and enrollment processes for public and private schools, addressing inquiries regarding tuition, payment options, and enrollment procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer interactions to ensure family satisfaction and a positive enrollment experience
- Provide clear guidance on policies and procedures, acting as a primary contact for families and internal departments
- Deliver comprehensive support for K12 learning systems and business applications while ensuring compliance with enrollment and tuition disclosure guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED and relevant work experience, or a minimum of 2 years in a similar call center role
- Proficiency in web-based applications, with Salesforce experience preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while assisting families
- Strong customer service skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with home-based or public/private school education systems
