Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Enrollment Representative will assist families with the application and enrollment processes for public and private schools, addressing inquiries regarding tuition, payment options, and enrollment procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer interactions to ensure family satisfaction and a positive enrollment experience
  • Provide clear guidance on policies and procedures, acting as a primary contact for families and internal departments
  • Deliver comprehensive support for K12 learning systems and business applications while ensuring compliance with enrollment and tuition disclosure guidelines
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED and relevant work experience, or a minimum of 2 years in a similar call center role
  • Proficiency in web-based applications, with Salesforce experience preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while assisting families
  • Strong customer service skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with home-based or public/private school education systems
