Job Summary

Connecting with prospective students to guide them toward suitable educational programs, the full-time remote Enrollment Representative will prioritize qualified leads and ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage qualified leads from various channels to drive sales revenue for continuing education programs
• Counsel prospective students on their educational and career objectives while guiding them through the enrollment process
• Implement strategies to meet enrollment objectives and enhance the overall student experience

Required qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating common software applications and systems
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for technical issues
• Reliable internet connection (not a hotspot)
• Proven success in a customer-facing role (preferred)
• Some college coursework or degree (preferred)
