Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a remote setting, the full-time Enrollment Representative will assist families with the application and enrollment processes for public and private schools, addressing inquiries about tuition, payment options, and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer interactions to ensure family satisfaction during the enrollment process
• Deliver clear guidance on policies and procedures, serving as a primary contact for families and internal departments
• Maintain compliance with call handling procedures and quality assurance benchmarks while documenting interactions accurately

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED with relevant work experience, or a minimum of 2 years in a similar call center role
• Proficiency in web-based applications, with Salesforce experience preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while assisting families
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience in customer service or sales with a proven record of achievement
