Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Sales Consultant - Virtual.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personal lead pipeline from first contact through enrollment
• Conduct outbound follow-up with urgency and consistency while responding to inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate virtual consultations and maintain accurate CRM records

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume call role such as sales, recruiting, or client services
• Proven track record of meeting conversion or enrollment targets
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Self-directed, organized, and accountable in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
