Job Summary
Enrollment Sales Consultant, a full-time remote position focused on managing inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, guiding them through the enrollment process while meeting individual targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a personal lead pipeline from initial contact to enrollment
- Conduct same-day responses to inquiries and follow-up calls
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline status weekly
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a high-volume call role such as sales, recruiting, or client services
- Proven track record of meeting conversion or enrollment targets
