Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Representative, Enrollment (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle membership eligibility inquiries and ensure membership accuracy
• Resolve complex eligibility issues and provide support to internal and external clients
• Manage high volumes of tasks to meet regulatory requirements and service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of related work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong knowledge of enrollment processing and related regulatory requirements
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of related work experience
