Enrollment Services Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Services Associate responsible for providing prospective and enrolled students with accurate information and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and provide information about educational programs, services, and financial considerations to prospective students
• Manage outreach and follow-up with prospective and enrolled students to ensure a smooth enrollment process
• Collaborate with the Student Finance team to assist students in making informed enrollment decisions

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience
• Prior experience in Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
