Job Summary

Managing workflows and evaluating a high volume of applications, the full-time Enrollment Services Officer for Online Psychology Programs will assess admission eligibility, maintain data integrity, and provide routine reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate applications and determine admission eligibility based on established guidelines and criteria
• Monitor admissions workflow, coordinate decision timelines, and ensure accurate documentation of admissions records
• Generate reports, conduct audits for data integrity, and recommend process improvements based on application trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or marketing
• 1 year of experience in data entry, report generation, or data analysis within an academic setting
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex documentation
• Proven success in process planning and workflow management
• Experience with online communication platforms such as Zoom or Google Hangouts
