Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Services Team Lead who will manage both administrative and admissions responsibilities while supporting the admissions team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting activities and provide accurate information about campus programs
  • Manage workflows for outreach and follow-up with prospective and enrolled students
  • Conduct training and coaching for enrollment services team members to meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of Enrollment Services/Admissions or related work experience required
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to master proprietary software
  • Demonstrated successful multi-tasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
