Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enrollment Services Team Lead who will manage both administrative and admissions responsibilities while supporting the admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with recruiting activities and provide accurate information about campus programs
- Manage workflows for outreach and follow-up with prospective and enrolled students
- Conduct training and coaching for enrollment services team members to meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited institution preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of Enrollment Services/Admissions or related work experience required
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to master proprietary software
- Demonstrated successful multi-tasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
