Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist responsible for managing payer enrollment processes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete and submit payer applications accurately and on time
• Maintain current knowledge of the enrollment process for payors and ensure accurate status reporting to clients
• Assist clients in obtaining necessary documents and access to payer portals to avoid enrollment delays

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least one year of direct experience, preferably with knowledge of multiple state commercial, Medicaid, and Medicaid MCO plans
• Experience with CAQH, Availity, PECOS, NPPES, I&A, and other commercial payor portals preferred
• Experience with credentialing software such as CredentialStream, Veritystream, Echostream, Modio, or Symplr preferred
