Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to focus on customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with external and internal customers professionally and courteously
• Process new member referrals and manage incoming phone calls
• Participate in other projects or duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One (1) plus years of related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
