Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to manage the enrollment process for care recipients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely receipt of required documentation to activate consumers into the program
  • Support the collection and tracking of prior authorization forms from payor sources
  • Foster relationships with referral agencies and PCP offices to enhance communication and referrals


Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years' experience in an office environment, preferably in healthcare
  • Strong project management and/or process improvement skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of end-to-end business operations
  • Experience with data integrity in a regulated environment
  • Working knowledge of case management systems preferred
