Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile member records and enrollment information to ensure data integrity
• Enroll new or reinstated members and maintain compliance with HIPAA policies
• Interact with internal staff and external parties to resolve enrollment issues and gather missing information

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year of Medicaid or Commercial enrollment processing experience
• Experience with Facets preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing codes required
• Ability to work remotely and independently
