Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to provide support to prospective students in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Master the enrollment process and effectively communicate program value propositions to prospective students
• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and assess their qualifications for various academic programs
• Maintain accurate student information and build positive relationships to support program persistence and referrals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1+ years of customer service or relationship-building experience
• 1+ years of admissions experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must successfully complete Enrollment Specialist training and maintain confidentiality of student data
