Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist responsible for initiating the credentialing process for family caregivers and ensuring timely documentation for service activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact incoming families to begin the credentialing process and verify eligibility requirements
• Manage the documentation retrieval process to activate families into the program efficiently
• Foster relationships with referral agencies and PCP offices to enhance communication and streamline referrals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or intake experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Experience with data integrity in a regulated environment
• Proficient in MS Office and capable of working across multiple systems
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
